Adele Filipponi

Adele Filipponi and her husband, Francesco Battista, first appear in the Painesville, Ohio, area in 1922. They migrated to Painesville from Cleveland. In America, Adele Filipponi was known by her married name, Adele Battista. After Francesco passes away, Adele re-married. She was then known as Adele Chinnici.

Adele Filipponi was born about 1884, at Casalciprano, Italy. She married Francesco Battista, son of Pasquale Battista and Georgian Piccagino, about 1915 in Italy. Sometime after the death of her husband, Francesco Battista, in 1942, she married Salvatore Chinnici, a widower from Cleveland. Adele died on October 11, 1966, at Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

No children of Adele Filipponi and Francesco Battista have been identified. Adele Filipponi and Salvatore Chinnici did not have children.
