Donato DiCristofaro immigrated to the United States on April 21, 1905, at age 20, travelling to Buffalo, Erie County, New York. He was joining his brother, Liborio DiCristofaro, in Buffalo. Doanto was living in Painesville, Ohio, in October, 1906.
Three of Donato’s brothers also lived in Painesville, Ohio. Liborio DiCristofaro migrated to Painesville in 1903. Giuseppe DiCristofaro migrated to Painesville in 1906. And Nicola DiCristofaro immigrated in 1910.
