He married Michelina DiCiurcio, daughter of Giovanni DiCiurcio and Lucia Mancini on April 6, 1929, at Mt. Carmel Catholic Church, Ashtabula, Ashtabula County, Ohio. Felice died on March 17, 1971, at his home, 304 Fairport-Nursery Road, Painesville Township, Lake County, Ohio, at age 71. His body was interred at Riverside Cemetery at Painesville, Lake County, Ohio.
Felice DiIanni immigrated to the United States on August 2, 1910, at age 10, travelling to Akron, Summit County, Ohio, joining his brother, Donato Carmine DiIanni. He was travelling with his parents and sister, Giuseppa DiIanni. Felix Dianni became a citizen of the United States on September 26, 1921. Felix resided at Painesville Township, Lake County, Ohio, when he was naturalized. All of Felice’s immediate family migrated to the United States. His parents lived in Painesville Township from about 1915. His sisters, Giuseppa and Lucia, also lived in Painesville. His brother, Donato, and sister, Antionetta, lived in Akron, Ohio.
Felix Dianni owned and operated Chriss & Dianni Nursery on Fairport-Nursery Road for over 35 years. His partner, Nick Chriss, was his brother-in-law.

1. Florence Veronica Dianni was born on August 27, 1930, at Ohio. Florence Veronica died on November 19, 2010, at Lake Med Nursing Home, Painesville, Lake County, Ohio, at age 80.
2. James John Dianni was born on May 6, 1933, at Ohio. James died on November 11, 1989, at age 56. His body was interred at Riverside Cemetery at Painesville, Lake County, Ohio.
3. Lucille Dianni was born on April 18, 1936, at Painesville, Lake County, Ohio. Lucille died on April 22, 1936, at Lake County Memorial Hospital, Painesville, Lake County, Ohio, of acute hepatitis. Her body was interred at St. Mary Cemetery at Painesville Township, Lake County, Ohio.
4. Dolores Dianni was born in April, 1940.
